These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Rontere WMS (the “App”) provided by Rontere Group (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Beta, Free and Offline
The App is currently provided free of charge, in beta, and works offline. We do not provide cloud storage or account features. Some distribution platforms (e.g., Google Play, Galaxy Store) may collect their own analytics and device information under their own policies.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your device for personal or business use, subject to these Terms. The terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA) also apply to the use of the software. Responsible within the meaning of the GDPR: Rontere Group, email: rosenberg.app@gmail.com.
3. No Professional Advice
The App is not accounting, tax, legal, medical or any other professional service. Analytics and reports are for informational purposes only. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions and compliance duties.
4. User Content and Local Storage
All data you enter (e.g., items, prices, photos) is stored locally on your device. We do not receive or process your content on our servers. You are responsible for backups and device security.
5. Permissions
The app may request permissions such as Camera (to scan barcodes/photos), Photos/Storage (to save/read images), Notifications (to send the user notifications about low stock levels if the user has enabled the low stock notification feature in the Low Stock section). The received data is processed locally.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not: (a) reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App; (b) use it for unlawful purposes; (c) introduce malware or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in and to the App remain with us and/or our licensors. Third-party libraries remain the property of their owners.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide an in-app notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country may still apply.
