End User License Agreement
Scope
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the relationship between you ("User") and Rontere Software / Rontere Group ("Licensor") regarding the use of the Rontere CRM software application ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.
Grant of License
The Licensor grants the User a simple, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Software exclusively for their own purposes in accordance with this EULA.
The Software is provided as a license, not sold. All rights to the Software remain with the Licensor.
Restrictions on Use
In particular, the User may not:
copy, distribute, or make the Software available to third parties, unless permitted by mandatory law;
decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the Software, unless expressly permitted under Section 69e of the German Copyright Act (UrhG);
rent, lease, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software, except with the written consent of the Licensor.
Ownership Rights
All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Software are owned exclusively by the Licensor.
Updates & Modifications
The Licensor is entitled to modify, update, or discontinue the Software at any time. The User is not entitled to specific functionalities or future updates.
Disclaimer of Liability
The software is provided "as is" and without any express or implied warranty. The Licensor is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, as well as for damage to life, limb, or health in accordance with statutory provisions.
For clarification: The Software is not a medical product, not a safety-critical application, and does not control physical devices. Therefore, it cannot directly cause physical injury or health damage. This clause is included solely to comply with mandatory German law (§ 309 Nr. 7 BGB).
Any further liability, in particular for economic losses, data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer of Liability (Beta Version)
The software is in a beta version and may contain errors.
It is not intended for productive or professional use.
Use is at your own risk.
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and security of the data they enter.
The Licensor assumes no liability for damages resulting from incorrect entries, incomplete data, or software errors, unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Liability for damage to life, limb, or health resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the Licensor remains unaffected.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Data Protection
The Software processes all data exclusively locally on the User's device. No personal data will be transferred to the Licensor unless expressly stated otherwise. The Privacy Policy also applies.

Term and Termination
This EULA takes effect upon installation or use of the Software.
The Licensor may terminate the license if the User violates the terms of this EULA.
Upon termination, the User is obligated to cease use and delete the Software from all devices.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
To the extent permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Licensor.
No Guarantee of Availability
The licensor makes no guarantee for the continuous availability or functionality of the software.
Third-Party Components
The software may contain open-source components subject to separate license terms. These can be viewed in the app under 'Open Source Licenses'.
Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of this EULA be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
