This Privacy Policy explains how Rontere Group (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Rontere CRM.
1. Summary
Rontere CRM is a local desktop application.
We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell personal data.
All data entered into the App is processed and stored exclusively on the user’s device. We do not operate any cloud servers for Rontere CRM and have no access to user data.
Distribution platforms (e.g., Microsoft Store) may collect limited technical and usage information as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
Rontere CRM does not collect, transmit, store, or process any personal data.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Names, email addresses, and phone numbers;
Customer or client records;
Appointment and booking data;
Notes, comments, and history entries;
Authentication credentials;
Precise location data.
All data entered into the App remains exclusively on the user’s device and is not accessible to Rontere Group.
Rontere Group does not receive, view, or process any content created within the App.
3. Data Stored on Your Device (Local Only)
Rontere CRM stores all information locally on the user’s device, including but not limited to:
Customer data;
Appointments and bookings;
Services, prices, and durations;
Notes and comments;
Internal business records.
We do not have technical access to this data.
You act as the data controller for all data entered into the App and are responsible for device security and backups.
4. Data Processing
All processing takes place locally on the device.
No synchronization;
No cloud storage;
No remote access;
No background transmission.
Rontere CRM functions fully offline.
5. Third-Party Platforms
If Rontere CRM is downloaded via the Microsoft Store, Microsoft may collect:
installation statistics;
crash reports;
basic device information.
This data is collected by Microsoft as an independent controller under its own Privacy Policy. Rontere Group does not receive personal user content from Microsoft.
6. Children
Rontere CRM is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Rontere Group does not retain any user data.
All data remains on the user’s device until it is deleted by the user. To remove all data, uninstall the App or delete the application data via system settings.
8. Security
Because no data is transmitted to our servers, data security depends primarily on the user’s device.
We recommend:
Protecting the device with passwords or encryption;
Creating regular local backups;
Keeping the operating system up to date.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The “Last updated” date will be adjusted accordingly. Material changes may be communicated within the App.
